We only accept returns in the case of severe defects*, which must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package.
We only accept returns for items in their original condition. Even if you wash it after painting, we cannot accept a return.

*Important note on defects:
Some kits may have tiny black spots embedded in the vinyl. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable as the black spots are in the vinyl paste at the factories, so they will not accept claims for replacements.
In most cases, they won't be visible after colouring, especially if they are in spots such as the top of the head, which will be covered by hair (both rooted and painted).
If the black spots are severely obvious and mean you cannot possibly paint over or cover them, you may contact me to claim a replacement, which if I approve that the defect is severe enough, we will try and send you a replacement out of our own pocket.
