All orders normally will be sent out within 24 hours.

For UK Customers:

Orders under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. If you require a faster delivery, you can select First Class or Special Delivery. Orders over 2kg are usually sent by MyHermes. If MyHermes is not suitable for your area then you can contact us to arrange another courier service.

We offer FREE delivery services for all orders over £120. This offer is only eligible for Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and MyHermes courier service.

For International Customers:

For International buyers, orders under 2kg are normally sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, so you will receive a tracking number and be able to track your parcel. Orders over 2kg will be sent via another courier express service.

Our website will automatically calculate postage costs according to your selected product's weight. However, the default automatic calculation system from the website back-end itself may have errors occasionally. We wouldn't be able to check in detail every order to make sure the postage fees are accurate. So if you find that your delivery fee seems incorrect or too high, feel free to contact us and we'll try our best to sort it out.

For some popular limited edition doll kits, they might be sold out in few minutes as soon as the pre-order starts. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you check out and pay for your order first. Then you can contact us if you feel that there's an error in the postage charges. We shall adjust the postage according to the actual circumstances, i.e. actual postage charge from the delivery company. And if necessary, we could refund any overpaid postage and packaging fees.
